The Portas do Sol building opens an exclusive residential space where modern design defines the spaces. A project by the architect Helena Machado, its charismatic façade, conceived in grey and white colors, fills with character thanks to the sobriety of the outdoor wall tiles of the thinbig® Norfolk collection. Inside, kitchens and laundry rooms surrender to matt white color in walls decorated with the Whites Montreal collection. The advanced technical features of the Norfolk wall tiles make it the perfect choice to resist severe weather without losing their natural color and texture. Inside, the total white of Whites Montreal fits perfectly into the modern lines of kitchens and laundry rooms, creating a feeling of spaciousness and highlighting the contemporary nature of the project.

This faucet collection, which stands out for its elegance and versatility, includes flow limiters to 5 litres per minute as well as the Cold Start technology that guarantee greater water and energy savings. Also, with the aim of providing more comfort, the shower mixer can be equipped with a clip-on shelf, allowing you to have your showering essentials close to hand.

Residential LIFE-Kutuzovskiy

Modern and exclusive, the LIFE-Kutuzovskiy compound has been conceived as an urban and executive neighbourhood in which residential areas coexist with parks, leisure areas and retail stores. Designed by the prestigious firm ADM, its housing offer includes studios and apartments for professionals and young families. Small details define the style of the housing development where elegance and functionality are highlighted. Both contemporary and timeless, its bathroom spaces combine cream coloured marble with white vitreous china pieces as charismatic as the basin and WC of the Debba collection.

Cortina Residence

Thus, the bathrooms of Cortina Residence incorporate an array of models ranging from the simple and fine lines of collections like Meridian, The Gap or Element in dual flush WCs, basins and freestanding baths, to striking designs with textured finishes and colored seats and covers like the Khroma WCs and bidets. All this without disregarding the innovative W+W, the exclusive concept of WC and basin in one single piece that reuses the water utilized in the basin for the cistern flush. The faucet solutions, also Roca’s responsibility, combined the compact and urban M2 and Esmai with the innovative Essential hydromassage columns. The versatility to shape different yet complementary bathroom spaces and the capacity to provide every necessary element for the grooming space were essential for Roca’s commitment to a project that combined various bathroom collections and faucets with iconic pieces such as W+W, capable of imprinting character to any bathroom space. The vitreous china proposals of Meridian, The Gap, Element or Khroma along with the modern faucet collections guarantee avant-garde design in efficient and long-lasting solutions.
